A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings, with the balance due before the session begins.
Minimum booking is 2 hours for recording or podcast sessions.
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled; same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals will still be charged from the booked slot.
No food, drinks, or smoking near studio equipment. Only essential collaborators may enter unless approved.
Final files (mixes, masters, podcasts) are delivered only after full payment is received.
Standard turnaround for mixing/mastering is 3–5 business days; rush delivery is available at extra cost.
Clients are responsible for damages caused to equipment during their session.
Clients retain ownership of their recordings. The Mudhr Room may use small snippets for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.
