Refund Policy

All deposits made to confirm bookings at The Mudhr Room are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty, but refunds will not be issued.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with creative results, as recording, mixing, and mastering outcomes depend on client input and source material.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the studio fails to provide the booked service due to technical or operational issues.

Any approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The studio is not responsible for third-party platform issues (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, distribution services).
